Chile Wants 129 Suspects For Human Rights Violations.

Arrest warrants for 129 former soldiers and agents of Chile's National Intelligence Directorate were issued for alleged human rights violations during the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet, when nearly 2,300 people disapppeared from 1973-1990.
