With perhaps the world's lowest gasoline price, the Venezuelan government is finally considering raising it as the nation's oil revenues decline. Gasoline has remained unchanged there since the 1990s at about $.19 per gallon.
Meanwhile gas station owners suggest a 30% price hike...but only on 95-octane, the most widely used type.
