Colombia's President Alvaro Uribe may face harsh criticism over his nation's dismal human rights record when he meets with President Obama in Washington.
The U.S. is concerned about surveillance and wiretapping of Uribe's critics by his administration...and the deaths of a reported 1,700 civilians by the Colombian army...and his lobbying for a constitutional amendment that permits him a third term.
