Latin America Forcefully urging US to change OAS policy vs Cuba

Obama is resisting an effort by some increasingly assertive Latin American nations to allow Cuba to return to the OAS... after a 47 year absence.

It may be a purely symbolic question... since Cuba shows no desire to return to the organization.
