CHILE : 80,000 Students Protest Education Costs/Quality In Santiago.
An estimated 37,000-80,000 students peacefully crowded Santiago's streets...for the year's 2nd national protest against high education costs.
There were small clashes with police.
Since 2011...students have been demanding free, high quality education in Chile.
