MACEDONIA : 20 Injured, 12 Arrested In Skopje Ethnic Albanian Riot.


       Hundreds of ethnic Albanians torched buses and cars...and ransacked shops for a second day of violence in Skopje.
       Riot police used tear gas and stun grenades to subdue the demonstrators angry at the appointment of a former guerrilla Talat Xhaferi as defense minister.
       At least 20 were injured...and 12 arrested.
