     One of Colombia's most sought after narcos...Henry de Jesus Lopez...aka Mi Sangre/My Blood...was caught while eating in a Pilar restaurant...50 kms north of Buenos Aires.
     De Jesus Lopez, 41...is said to be the leader of the Los Urabenos narcos...former paras...who control drug traffic in Antioquia.
     He was described as a constant Latin American traveler...along with his wife, 2 kids...and 10 bodyguards.

      AND: With FARC peace talks soon to resume in Cuba...polling shows the popularity of President Juan Manuel Santos has risen to 58%...though more than 61% believe the talks will fail.
