PERU: 14 Die In Drug Rehab Blaze Near Lima.

      A second Lima area drug rehab fire...has killed 14.
      There was only one survivor from the 2 hour long...early morning blaze...at the Sacred Heart of Jesus rehab...30km/19 miles from Lima.
     Firefighters say the front door was padlocked shut.
     In January...a fire killed 27 at Lima's...Christ Is Love rehab.
