      The Santos government is offering a $280,000 usd reward for information about the deadly Bogota bombing.
      Monday...a bomb with at least 130 sticks of dynamite...killed 5 and wounded 51...during the daytime in the city's busy business district.
     Former Interior Minister Fernando Londono was the target.
     His driver and a bodyguard were killed and he was injured...'but out of danger.'
     A terror expert observes that the bomb had all the hallmarks of the FARC narco rebels.
