A mob in Chalco...near the DF...burned 3 men to death...after they allegedly tried to kidnap some school children.
Police rescued one man..but he later died in the hospital.
A group of some 300...many wielding clubs and bottles...surrounded the men...dragged them to the main plaza...doused them with gas...and set them on fire in their auto.
Officials report that 23...including 6 women and 3 youths...have been detained in the lynching.
