Chile and Peru have a long history of bad blood.
They are currently arguing over their maritime border with its lucrative fishing rights...in the International Court of Justice.
So...when 2 Chilean tourists were caught near Peru's military bases...the suspicion was that they were spies.
Here's the tale of 2 tourists...one an apparent bike trekking artist...and the other...a 19-year-old...investigated as spies.
