GUARDIAN
An Iranian American citizen...from the Austin suburb of Round Rock...has been arrested in an alleged Iranian-led plot to murder Saudi Arabia's ambassador...with a restaurant bombing in DC...and perhaps also killing and maiming hundreds.
The plot was revealed after a supposed member of the brutal Zetas narco gang hired to carry out the job for $1.5m turned out to be an informant.
The Zetas...many former members of the Mexican military...control the state of Tamaulipas...on the Texas border...and are engaged in extortions, kidnappings and drug transport.
The local Texas man...described as a used car dealer...the alleged Iranian agent Manssor Arbabsiar, 56,...was arrested in NYC after information about him was supplied by Mexico to the FBI.
ON Arbabsiar profile: "He's no mastermind," claims a former business associate.
A neighbor in Round Rock said: "My wife and I always thought there was something weird about the guy."

ALSO: Tim Padgett opines on hiring narcos for alleged USA murder. If true...they(Iran) weren't "just being diabolical. They were being fairly stupid." Even the Zetas know better than to venture north of the border....and get USA law enforcement heat.
