Narcos dressed in military uniforms...stepped-up their brazen disregard of any standards...by dumping 35 bodies...near Veracruz's biggest shopping mall...during the evening rush hour.
Horrified motorists warned others to avoid the area...where bodies were stacked in two trucks and under an overpass...as the narcos flourished weapons at drivers.
An official said some victims showed signs of torture...and most probably died of suffocation.
The dead included 12 women.
Police said that 95% of the victims have been identified thru databases.
