Bulgarian PM Boiko Borisov has called a 2007 deal to secure freedom for 5 nurses arrested in Libya...as "racketeering".
He wants back the $56.6m it paid Libya to release them.
The nurses were sentenced to death for allegedly deliberately infecting more than 400 children with HIV.
