President Viktor Yushchenko testified in court against his former ally and PM Yulia Tymoshenko.
Yushchenko said that her 2009 gas agreement with Russia...was a "political" deal damaging to Ukraine.
He labeled her "an obiging leader."
He contended that Yulia rail-roaded the Ukraine into a deal with an excessively high price for Russian gas.
They both came into power in 2004's Orange revolution...but soon became rivals...which paralyzed the government.
