Another minister has been forced to resign over widespread corruption charges after only 8 months in President Dilma Rousseff's term.
Agriculture Minster Wagner Rossi (left) resigned...the 4th cabinet member to do so in the past 3 months...and was replaced by lawmaker Menses Ribeiro.
The recent flurry of resignations over corruption are shaking confidence in Rousseff's ability to govern...and raising cries for the return of popular ex-president Lula da Silva in 2014.
Some critics say Dilma is already a "lame duck"...even with 3 years left to serve.
