MEXICO: PRI Wins Big In Mexico State; Also Nayarit, Coahuila.

   The out of power PRI party staged a big comeback in Sunday's election... with its candidate , Eruviel Avila (above) winning populous Mexico state with 60% of the vote.
 It also took Nayarit and Coahuila states.
 But turnout was low...about 15%
