CHILE : Snow Buries Patagonia; Pinera Declares Disaster; 6,500 People Isolated.

   La Araucania in Patagonia has been declared a disaster area...after 4 days of non-stop snowfall have isolated many of its residents.
   President Pinera calls the polar front the worst in 30 years.
   In some areas, snow is piled 9 feet high.
   An official said in just 4 days...the region received 4 months worth of snow.
