   Nearly 300 people got ill in Changsha, the capital of Hunan, after eating meat suspected of containing illegal additives.
    A state newspaper blamed clenbuterol, a substance used to speed muscle growth in pigs but can cause headache, nausea and an irregular heartbeat when consumed by humans.
    More than two years ago, China vowed to enforce tougher food safety regs after a milk contamination scandal that killed at least six children and sickened almost  300,000.
