ARGENTINA: Coping With Runaway 25% Inflation.

BLOOMBERG / E. Raszewski / Long Read/

   Inflation in Argentina is surging.
Officials say the rate is about 11%... but independent economists claim it's really about 25%.
If true, Argentina trails only Venezuela as having the the highest inflation in the world.
  How are Argentine's coping?
The nation's 40 million people are buying like crazy to protect themselves from rising prices.
“We had it much worse,” says a  taxi driver. “I was a teenager working in a store when we had hyperinflation. I remember the owner coming up to me one day and saying ‘Don’t sell anything’ because we didn’t know how much it would cost to replace it.”
