GUARDIAN/
Former military ruler Gen. Jorge Videla has been sentenced once again to life in prison for crimes against humanity.
A court found Videla, 85, guilty of torturing and murdering 31 dissidents in Cordoba between 1976 and 1983.
Many believe Videla was the architect of Argentina's "Dirty War" where some 30,000 were tortured and murdered under military rule.
He was already serving a life sentence for abuses, but had military privileges since his sentence in 1985.
