PERU: Shining Path Rebel Leader Captured; 2 Comrades Killed.

        Federal police have arrested Edgar Mejia, aka "Comrade Izula," a commander of the Maoist Shining Path rebels.
       He was detained in the Huallaga region. Two suspected rebels were killed in the firefight.
