PERU: Court Revokes Berenson Parole, Orders Former Rebel Back To Prison.
AP/ A criminal appeals court revoked American activist Lori Berenson's parole and ordered her arrest and imprisonment to finish the last five years of her 20-year sentence for aiding leftist rebels. Prosecutors said a previous court ruling was riddled with errors. The 40-year-old New Yorker claimed she posed no threat to society, that she should be allowed to remain free and even be allowed to return to the U.S..
