MEXICO: More Than Half Narco Gang Profits Are Untraceable.

LATIMES/    A new study shows that more than half of the money earned by narco gangs in the U.S. and smuggled into Mexico disappears, escaping detection in its large cash-based economy. It estimates the money shipped south at $19 billion to $29 billion USD. ICE official John Morton admits that the U.S. and Mexican governments have not done enough to slow the money flow.
