URUGUAY/VENEZUELA/ Visit Results In Continuing Oil and Refinery Support.

MERCOPRESS/   Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez again played the subsidized oil card while visiting Uruguay's new President Jose Mujica, a 74-year-old former leftist, by offering to expand a refinery and continue to supply it with 40,000 barrels daily of crude.
