URUGUAY/ARGENTINA: Court Rules That Disputed Paper Mill Can Continue.
BBC/ The International Court of Justice in The Hague ruled that Uruguay has not violated its environmental obligations and a disputed paper mill on its side of the River Uruguay, near the town of Fray Bentos can continue operations. Argentina has argued since 2006 that the mill was polluting the river, while Uruguay claimed it adhered to strict environmental codes.
