BRASIL: Presidential Candidate Serra Calls Mercosur A "Farce."
MERCOPRESS/ In a speech to businessmen, leading presidential candidate Sao Paulo Governor Jose Serra said “To keep carrying the burden of this Mercosur in its current condition is senseless.
