CUBA: Secret Police Lay Seige To Dead Dissident's Town For Funeral.
LAHT/ While Raul Castro uncharacteristically called imprisoned dissident Orlando Zapata Tamayo's recent death from a hunger strike "lamentable," with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton condemning it and even the Spanish government protesting his treatment, Zapata Tamayo's remains were buried in his home town of Banes, Holguin Province amid a “genuine state of siege" by secret agents, reported another dissident. It was also alleged that at least 50 dissidents were detained or confined to their homes to prevent funeral attendance.
