COLOMBIA: Court Rules Against Third Term For Uribe.
LATIMES/ By a vote of 7-2, a constitutional court decision ended President Alvaro Uribe's quest for a third term in the May 30 election. The court ruled that a referendum proposed by his supporters was illegal because of irregularities in the hundreds of thousands of signatures.
