The result of cocaine drug lord Arturo Beltran Leyva's death could be more killing during a war for succession or as rivals move in on his group's turf. "The weakening of any cartel can be seen as an opportunity by another that is fighting for territory," Arturo Chavez said. And the gang might retaliate against federal officials.
