BRASIL: Female Expelled From University For Wearing Mini-skirt.

Geisy Arruda was heckled and expelled from private Bandeirante University near Sao Paulo for wearing a short, pink dress to class. The university even took out Sunday newspaper ads accusing her of immorality.
Bandeirante University in Sao Bernardo do Campo said the 20-year-old disrespected "ethical principles, academic dignity and morality."
