URUGUAY: Presidential Election Goes To Run-off.

Jose Mujica, a former guerrilla won the most votes in Uruguay's presidential elections Sunday, but not enough to avoid a runoff. Mujica garnered 48% while former president and free-marketeer Luis Alberto LaCalle won 30%.
