In Argentina President's Ruling Party Suffers Setback...and Kirchner Resigns as Party Head.

Argentine President Cristina Fernandez's party lost its congressional majority...while her husband and former president, Nestor Kirchner, suffered a decisive defeat... in bid for a congressional seat.

Meanwhile...the NY Times reports that Nestor Kirchner has resigned... as party leader...after his humiliating defeat.

"Nestor Kirchner has just died politically," said an opponent.
