A Bosnian tribunal has sentenced former Serb paramilitary leader Veselin Vlahovic...aka the 'Monster of Grbavica'...to 45 years in prison for war crimes committed in 1992-95.
He was found guilty on more than 60 counts of torture, murder and rape of Muslims and Croats in Sarajevo.
He was found to have killed 31, raped 13 and kidnapped 14...who remain missing.
The "Monster' was jailed before...12 years ago in his native Montenegro...but he escaped.
