     Heavy flooding hit northern Macedonia...killing at least one man...damaging hundreds of homes...forcing evacuations and causing power outages.

     More than 10 rivers surged over their banks...flooding farmland and wrecking 2 bridges.
     In southern Serbia...high waters forced 40 homes to be evacuated.
