COLOMBIA : Police Arrest 24 'Urabenos' Paras In Barranquilla.

     24 alleged members of a neo-paramilitary gang...Urabenos...including their leader 'Don Ramon'...were arrested in Barranquilla.
    Police officials call them important arrests.
    Urabenos are said to control much of Colombia's narco traffic and illegal gold mining.
