Billionaire Pinera can't run for a 2nd successive term...and with popularity hovering in the mid-20's...he couldn't win anyway.
So...he has set 2 possible successors in his cabinet free to lay the groundwork against the expected return of popular former President Michele Bachelet.
Ministers Laurence Golborne and Andres Allamand have left the cabinet.
