Thousands of angry protesters in Madrid peacefully surrounded the parliament building where the MPs were debating more budget cuts for 2013.
The crowd was organized thru social media.
Earlier...students also staged a protest over proposed education cuts that will raise tuition...and class size.
No arrests or injuries have been reported...so far.
More protests are scheduled for Thursday...and Saturday.
