SERBIA / BOSNIA : Disenfranchised Srebrenica Muslims Fear Serb Election Win.

      Because of new and complex local voting laws...many Muslims in the city of Srebrenica... known for its tragic genocide in 1995...can no longer vote.
      So...they fear Serbs will take control...and finish 'the ethnic cleansing' begun when 8,000 Muslim men and boys were murdered there.

     The city now only has about 6,000 residents...but an estimated 14,000 claim the right to vote.
    Throughout Bosnia...some 3.1 million voters will elect local councils on Sunday.
