Leading Putin opponent Sergei Udaltsov has been charged with plotting mass disorder... and accepting funds from Russian enemy Georgia.
But he was not yet arrested.
If convicted...he faces up to 10 years in the gulag.
2 other activists are already in custody for the same charges.
Udaltsov, 35...says he will not flee the country...though his wife and children are in Ukraine.
'If somebody expected me to run across the border like a scared dog, they will not see this. I have not committed any crime,' he said.
