While millions were celebrating Mexico's 202nd independence from Spain...hackers angry over the election of the PRI's EPN as president in July...took over at least 10 governmental websites.
The 'Mexican Cyber Protest' also invaded websites of political parties and media... denouncing the recent election as fraudulent.
