     These days...a mom's sound advice would surely be...never appear in your underwear on a video.
     Apparently...Tico Vice Minister of Culture and Youth Karina Bolanos, 39...didn't hear her mom...or care.
     5 years ago...Bolanos says she recorded a video love letter to her separated husband... wearing only panties and a bra.
     The video was just revealed...and it got her fired after 6 years on the job...by President Laura Chincilla.
     Bolanos claims a computer engineer copied it...and was blackmailing her.
