     Discussions over lower gas prices reportedly went nowhere during President Putin's first visit to Ukraine...since taking back the top office.
    The Ukraine wants to lower a nat gas price negotiated in 2009.
     But Putin is demanding control of the Ukraine's pipeline...or membership in a Russian-led customs union...as a concession for lower nat gas prices.
     President Viktor Yanukovich has so far said hi/no...to both proposals.
     Putin also upset some by showing up 4 hours late for the meeting in Yalta.
