RUSSIA : Putin Stockpiles Drones For Event / Protester Spying.

     Russia has acquired more than 70 unmanned drones from a national aircraft maker...Zala Aero.
     It has also bought drones from Israel.
     President Putin says Russia may spend $13 billion on drones thru 2020.
      In 2006...Interior ministry officials first deployed drones to monitor G8 protests...and liked what they saw.
     The drones will be employed at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics.
