      President Ricardo Martinelli upsets many in his nation...even as Panama's economy outpaces the rest of Latin America...with an estimated sizzling 8% growth this year.
      Martinelli's own VP Juan Carlos Varela has even been the target of his abuse...and a $30 million libel suit.
     42% of voters approve of Martinelli...but that is down sharply from 2009 when he was elected.
