     Police are blaming a faulty tire on a pickup truck loaded with 23 illegal immigrants...that crashed 90 miles from San Antonio, Texas...killing 15.
     8 are still hospitalized.
    11 died at the scene in Goliad...including 2 girls.
    At least 2 Guatemalans were among the dead.
