CHILE: 2 Ex-Colonels Arrested For 1974 Gen. Bachelet Torture/Murder.

     Former Colonels Ramon Caceres and Edgar Ceballos were arrested for the 1974 torture death of General Alberto Bachelet in prison.
     Gen. Bachelet was loyal to overthrown President Salvador Allende...and is the father of former president Michelle Bachelet.
