President Dilma Rousseff is said to be 'very worried' about her nation's economy.
2012 growth prospects have been downgraded again...to 1.75 by some economists...as her efforts to stimulate it...have stalled.
In 2011...Brasil only posted 2.7% growth.
Rousseff hopes to push thru new tax measures...and infrastructure changes with private concessions for airports and ports.
Still...Brasil's unemployment remains at a historic low of 6%...and Dilma's popularity hovers around 70%.
