Many leaders from Serbia's neighbors boycotted the inaugural of new President Tomislav Nikolic...upset at his recent remarks denying the murder of 8,000 Muslims at Srebrenica was genocide and claiming Serb possession of the town of Vukovar.
An EU rep was there...but Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Macedonia and Bosnian leaders all skipped the ceremony.
Only Montenegro's president attended the Nikolic's swearing in for the 5 year term.
