PRI congressman Francisco Moreno Merino probably won't be running for the senate as he hoped.
The party told him to quit...after he suggested that all pretty women become prostitutes.
Quoting a little known folk saying...Moreno Merino uttered: "There is no horse that doesn't have a bit of mule in him, there are no pretty women who don't become prostitutes, there is no good man who doesn't have a bit of uselessness in him."
A group of congresswomen quickly condemned his remark.
The ruling PAN party is running its first female presidential candidate in the July election.
